Today was the start of our (Jd is doing it too!) cleanse via juicing. So far I really like it but it's only been one day and I'm pretty sure my obsession with carbs will have me going through withdrawals ASAP! Here is our fav recipe so far.
Green and Yummy:
1 green apple
1 red apple
1 kiwi
2 handfuls of grapes
2 large carrots
2 handfuls of kale
2 handfuls of spinach
1-1 1/2 cup of broccoli
We drank it super cold over lots of ice and it was so amazing!!!
